After they spent a few years in Limavady and had a few more children Sam and Annie came down to live in Mossley – presumably they lived in a stationhouse [we think this no longer stands].  As James was born in 21/2/1900 in Limavady they must have just moved down to Mossley before the census of 1901 on which they are shown. We think that Sam Palmer the stationmaster actually filled out the form.  I notice that in 1901 Mabel’s youngest brother and sister Sarah and Sam are present.  Patrick and Cassie were not yet born. Patrick was born here in 1902.
